The Office of Strategic Communication, ITS WebServices, and the IT Accessibility Group invite you to join us from 2:00 – 3:00 PM on March 1 as we begin a monthly series of unique training opportunities of interest to web owners, web editors, and anyone in between.

Tom Laughlin and Keith Bundy from Siteimprove will present an in-depth look at Siteimprove’s new Accessibility NextGen module. Attendees will learn:

• Some of the biggest accessibility barriers common to websites like yours
• How to read and interpret web accessibility results in Siteimprove
• How to fix, delegate, and escalate issues to the right people for immediate and sustained accessibility improvements
• How to use the Siteimprove browser plug-in for accessibility testing
• Where to find web accessibility training and resources that can help you build your literacy, skill, and expertise

In addition, UI web and accessibility leaders will be on hand to share information on University of Iowa's accessibility policy and standards.
