Some of the Stories and features we’ll be demoing include:
- As a webmaster using the MAUI RFI handler, I would like to be able to add a select list of sessions from MAUI to a webform so that we are not burdened with the maintenance of these options
- As a content author, I would like to have concise and clear documentation on what the lifecylce of content may look like
- As a content author, I would like to have documentation on how to screen embeds for accessibility before asking for them to be placed
- Layout Builder issue with unsaved Collections blocks
As time permits, we will also be discussing:
- Content governance in SiteNow:
- Review, remediation, and disposition of pages: Delete (one way trip) vs. Unpublish (for web pages)
- Review, remediation, and disposition of files: Delete for files + garbage collection
- Finding text on websites:
- Using SiteNow’s FindText feature to find words and phrases across your website
- Using Siteimprove’s Policy feature to find words and phrases across your website
- Using Google’s site: operator to find words and phrases across your website
- Searching via Content Filters for Pages, Media, etc…
- Nudging Google to remove stuff:
- Requesting re-indexing of a specific page via Google Search Console
- Submitting a sitemap via Google Search Console
- Submitting a removal request (for urgent action)
